SMART

The SMART program is designed for companies who market products and services to service executives and others in the CRM industry.  Our process combines CRM and service industry expertise with our proprietary SMART database, which contains information on tens of thousands of service organizations and CRM decision makers in call centers, field service, technical support, customer service, sales and marketing.

GoldMine’s in-depth SMART and TOPS reports keep you apprised of all our activities.  Our reporting includes daily prospect profiles that provide detailed prospect information, including updated contact information; company revenues, number of employees and whether it’s a public or private company.

Our summary report tracks your prospect activity on a weekly basis.  On a monthly basis, we provide a cumulative lead generation pipeline report that provides lead date, name and title of each person contacted along with company name, address, email and phone number.  Our closed-loop philosophy includes updating clients on the status of their leads, which includes proposals generated, business closed or evidence of no interest.
 

The monthly pipeline follow-up report gives you the number of qualified leads, lead date, name of person contacted, company name, address, phone number and whether the lead was accepted or rejected.  The report includes the reason for any rejection, closed status, contract amount and a comment section.  Clients update this report and return it to their GoldMine account manager on a timely basis.
